Klawd Studio ("Klawd", "we", "us") operates a conversational AI platform at app.klawd.art. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

- Account data: email, display name, and authentication metadata.
- Usage data: model usage, token counts, request timestamps, and billing metrics.
- Payments: transaction identifiers and amounts from Stripe/Wave (no full card credentials stored by us).
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device signals, and security logs.
3. How we use data
- Operate the service and authenticate your account
- Process billing, top-ups, and usage accounting
- Detect abuse, enforce limits, and secure infrastructure
- Send essential transactional emails (receipts, security alerts)

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors that help us deliver the product (AI providers and payment providers), or when legally required.

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for required accounting periods after closure. We use HTTPS, access controls, and modern security practices, but no internet service is 100% risk-free.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact us and we will handle requests within a reasonable timeframe.
