1. Acceptance

By using Klawd Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update terms over time; continued usage means acceptance of updates.

2. Service scope

Klawd provides access to third-party AI models through a unified interface. Output quality and uptime can depend on upstream providers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Please keep account data accurate and secure.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content
• No non-consensual sexual content or content involving minors
• No fraud, impersonation, or deceptive deepfake abuse
• No attempts to bypass billing, limits, or platform security

5. Billing

• Klawd uses prepaid credits
• Purchases are final unless local law requires otherwise
• Pricing may change for future usage
• Payments are processed by third-party processors (Stripe/Wave)

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klawd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or severe policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
